David Driver, Senior Director of Operations
David Driver joined Mature Caregivers after eight years working in retail and health care,
including a position in management at CVS Health. Driver has extensive operations
management and software platform experience. He has evaluated, implemented and managed
numerous business workflow process and CRM systems, including Salesforce. Driver earned a
degree in business from Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU).
Gayle Thieme, Director of Client Care
Gayle Thieme is a seasoned elder services professional and licensed social worker. For more
than 20 years, Thieme has provided support to seniors and their family members, helping them
navigate through the many challenges that come along with aging and guiding them to the right
solutions to meet their needs. Prior to joining the Mature Caregivers team, Thieme served the
Wellesley, MA community for 13 years as the Council on Aging (COA) Director of Senior Services
where she successfully transitioned the COA into the brand new, state of the art, 13,000 square
foot Tolles Parsons Senior Center. Thieme has a degree in Psychology from Framingham State
University.
Beth Anderson, Staffing Operations Manager
Beth Anderson has a successful track record in the in-home elder care industry both as a
staffing manager and practitioner. A Certified Nursing Assistant herself, she works closely with
teams of caregivers, explaining how to make each care case as personalized as it can be. She
manages a staff that executes recruitment and vetting workflows to ensure the best quality and
customer satisfaction results. Anderson has an Associate degree from Middlesex Community
College.
Daniel McCullough, VP, Age Friendly Ventures
Daniel McCullough has spent over a decade in digital marketing and advertising and almost as
much time in the Aging space. His work has spanned both for-profit companies and non-profit
organizations, most notably AARP where he helped run their membership digital acquisition
team. He has a Master in Business Administration from Duke University's Fuqua School of
Business and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Washington University in St. Louis.
